When would I need to pay more?
You may need to pay more if, after placing your order, it is found that the installation requirements were not correctly specified on the website. For example, if longer pipes or additional wiring are needed, or if the units need to be installed in a different location than originally stated at the time of ordering. In such cases, any additional charges will be confirmed and explained by our engineer before any extra work is carried out.
Can I change my installation date?
Yes, you can change your installation date as long as we receive at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment.
How does the 5-year warranty work?
To keep your 5-year warranty valid, your unit must be serviced by an F-Gas registered engineer within the required service intervals. We also offer a service package with competitive pricing to help you stay up to date with these servicing requirements.
