Can I have air con in a listed Georgian house?
Often, yes, but you'll usually need listed building consent for the outdoor unit and any pipework through the walls. We'll suggest the least visible position and give you the details for your application.
How much does air conditioning cost in Liverpool?
From £2,000 fully fitted for a wall mounted system, and from £3,800 for a two room system. Upper floor rooms add a small extra, shown upfront.
Can I fit air con in a waterfront apartment?
Usually. The outdoor unit often goes on the balcony. Check your lease and get permission from the building's management first.
