Can you fit air con in an upstairs Tyneside flat?
Usually, yes. The outdoor unit often goes on a rear wall or in the yard, with the pipe run planned so it's neat. If the yard or wall is shared, check with your neighbour or freeholder first.
How much does air conditioning cost in Newcastle?
Wall mounted systems start from £2,000 fully fitted, and two rooms on one outdoor unit start from £3,800. Rooms on upper floors add a small extra, shown in your online price.
Do I need planning permission in Newcastle?
