Air con for Plymouth homes, waterfront flats and businesses, from the Barbican to Plympton. Fixed prices online.
Plymouth
A waterfront city on the hills
Plymouth sits on hills around the Sound, so lots of homes catch the sun and the wind. In Mutley, Mannamead and Peverell you'll find Victorian terraces and larger houses, while the Barbican and the waterfront have flats with big views and plenty of heat through the glass.
A heat pump system is useful here all year. It takes the edge off warm summer days and heats efficiently through damp, windy winters. Near the water, we position outdoor units away from the worst of the weather.
- All-year comfort
Cooling for sunny days, efficient heating for damp, windy winters.
- Coastal weather
Sheltered positions and yearly servicing keep units working well.
- The Barbican
A historic conservation area. We plan discreet positions.

FAQs
Air con in Plymouth: your questions
Still unsure? Call us on 0330 043 7869, 7 days a week.
How much does air conditioning cost in Plymouth?
Wall mounted systems start from £2,000 fully fitted, and two room systems from £3,800.
Is air con useful in Plymouth's climate?
Yes. It's as useful for heating as for cooling, because our systems are heat pumps.
Does coastal weather affect the outdoor unit?
It can over time. We position units out of the worst of the wind and spray, and recommend a yearly service.
Do I need planning permission?
Most homes don't, if the system heats as well as cools and meets the size and noise rules. Listed buildings and conservation areas like the Barbican can be different.
Do you cover Saltash and Ivybridge?
Yes. We install across Plymouth and nearby towns.
